Hello,
I have been investigating my fathers family Richard SHARP (father was Richard also, a farmer in 1911 census) I believe there were 7 or 8 children some not living at home when census was taken in 1911.

I have the births but not much on anything after 1911. Anyone have any details or connections.

My father born 1908  left by ship for Australia I think around 1929 his mother and father were dead by then. His closest sister Elizabeth (nee Sharp) BRASSINGTON married Thomas BRASSINGTON but she  died in child birth in 1930 daughter was born and named Doreen.

Anyone have any details or connections. I would appreciate any details.

Regards Dianne

I have now found more detail in the 1921 census and I was wondering if anyone would know of a house name Toynton in Shawbury at that time?

Hello

There is a place called Poynton about one mile south of Shawbury. I would guess this is where you are looking for.

Thank you Michael for your reply. It could be a mistake in Census as it shows (House and Address) as Toynton but maybe it could have been entered incorrectly.
